On Wednesday, September 6th, we embarked on a trip to Kope by bus, where we engaged in a game of Frisbee Golf. Thirty people participated in the outing. In addition to the sporting activity, we also took the opportunity to pick up litter and clean the environment during our walk. The Green League project, within which this activity took place, is focused on raising public awareness about climate change and the preservation of the environment and nature.

Upon completing the activity, we engaged in a discussion about the connection between sports and the environment, as well as ways to maintain the cleanliness of nature and contribute to environmental conservation. Many people do not realize that sports, too, can have a negative impact on the environment. For instance, golf requires well-maintained grass, which necessitates a substantial amount of water for irrigation. This is just one example, but certainly not the only one. However, through the game of Frisbee Golf, we left no harm to nature, but instead, we brought back litter and cherished memories.
