About the Youth Exchange Project
The DynamoEuro project aims to empower youth with fewer opportunities in Europe by fostering their active participation in democratic processes, improving their digital skills, and promoting environmental sustainability. The objectives include organizing 2 separated weeks of workshops and online session for open debates about democracy, enhancing digital skills, and raising awareness about environmental protection. The project seeks to create a lasting impact on participants, contribute to a more inclusive society, and ignite the spirit of democracy and active citizenship among Europe’s youth. Throughout all the project activities, a representative from the Polish government, specifically from the municipality of Starogard Gdański, will be present to engage in active conversations and activities with the participants. The focus of these interactions will be on addressing contemporary youth issues and exploring collaborative ways to improve and overcome these challenges.
Project activity
We plan to implement diverse activities, including 2 weeks of workshops and online session on democracy, workshops for improving digital skills, and sessions for raising environmental awareness. The 35 participants, mostly youth with fewer opportunities, will actively engage in debates, practical exercises, and discussions. The activities aim to empower participants in democratic processes, enhance their digital proficiency, and instill a sense of environmental responsibility. The diverse range of activities ensures a comprehensive learning experience for the participants, fostering their personal and civic development.
Results and Impact
We anticipate the DynamoEuro project to yield significant results and impact. We expect participants to gain improved digital skills, heightened awareness of democratic principles, and a stronger commitment to environmental sustainability. The project aims to instill a sense of active citizenship, empowering youth to engage in democratic processes. Additionally, the dissemination activities, including high school presentations and social media engagement, are expected to amplify the project’s impact, reaching a wider audience and contributing to a more informed and inclusive society. Overall, DynamoEuro aspires to leave a lasting positive imprint on the participants and contribute to fostering a culture of democracy and environmental responsibility among European youth.
