About the Youth Exchange

At the core of this exchange is a dynamic green project, empowering participants to take the lead in executing environmentally friendly initiatives. From spearheading awareness campaigns to fostering sustainability and ecological responsibility, participants will engage in diverse, hands-on experiences.

The program is meticulously designed to instill a sense of personal responsibility, challenging participants to coordinate green activities, manage resources efficiently, and foster teamwork. This immersive experience empowers them with the skills and confidence needed to be effective leaders in their communities.

As part of the cultural exchange, participants will share not only their traditions and cultural practices but also delve into the green and sustainability practices in their countries. This exchange fosters mutual understanding and emphasizes the importance of embracing diversity in the pursuit of shared goals.

In collaboration with Klub Sportowy Beniaminek 03, we’ll leverage their resources and contacts to enrich the program. This project, led by Klub Sportowy Beniaminek 03, is specifically geared towards inclusion, emphasizing the involvement of young participants through green activities and leadership.

Participants will showcase traditional dances to senior community members, promoting intergenerational connections. They’ll also take on the role of teachers, sharing knowledge of sustainable practices with the senior generation. Throughout this 10-day adventure, we actively promote Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps values and opportunities. Participants gain insights into how these programs can be transformative, opening new horizons for personal and community development.
