ABOUT THE TRAINING COURSE

“DEAL in Europe” aims to equip youth workers with a set of ICT needed to work on personal development in the fields of self-employment opportunities and digital entreprenuership.

DEAL in Europe reflects a strategic objective of the EU framework for cooperation in Education and Training 2020 (ET2020) to improve the quality and efficiency of education and training. This objective includes supporting the acquisition of key competencies one of which is digital competence (confident and critical use of information society technology (IST) and basic skills in information communication technology (ICT).

OBJECTIVES

1. To master the personal and professional skills necessary to successfully start a project, team or company.
2. To promote the good practices of teamwork, international vision, interdisciplinary practice and problem solving.
3. To develop an understanding of how innovation and creative processes can be translated into tangible actions and objectives in all business areas while always respecting the principles of corporate social responsibility.
4. To gain a comprehensive view of the role of ICTs in the current business environment,
5. To promote the critical thinking, analytical, practical skills, and leadership skills.
6. To learn how to develop comprehensive business plans and strategic communication management
   for start-ups.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE

• 18 +  years old;
• a Youth Worker, a Volunteer
  or collaborate with an organization;
• someone who’d like to bring the results in the local community
• currently living in one of the projects partner countries

➡️ Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.

➡️ Travel costs will be reimbursed few months after the trining course, according to the travel limits.
