Digital Entrepreneurship And Leadership in Europe ( D E A L in Europe) is an international project that aims to “equip” youth workers with a set of ICT skills needed to work on personal development in the fields of self-employment opportunities and digital entrepreneurship.

DEAL in Europe reflects a strategic objective of the EU framework for cooperation in Education and Training 2020 (ET2020) to improve the quality and efficiency of education and training. This objective includes supporting the acquisition of key competencies one of which is digital competence (confident and critical use of information society technology (IST) and basic skills in information communication technology (ICT).

Objectives

1. To master the personal and professional skills necessary to successfully start a project, team or company.
2. To promote the good practices of teamwork, international vision, interdisciplinary practice and problem solving.
3. To develop an understanding of how innovation and creative processes can be translated into tangible actions and objectives in all business areas while always respecting the principles of corporate social responsibility.
4. To gain a comprehensive view of the role of ICTs in the current business environment,
5. To promote the critical thinking, analytical, practical skills, and leadership skills.
6. To learn how to develop comprehensive business plans and strategic communication management
   for start-ups.
