Erasmus+ Training Course “EDUCATION THROUGH SPORT AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES”

OBJECTIVES

• Provide youthworkes with practical methods and resources to effectively incorporate both outdoor activities and sport-based approaches into their educational practices.
• Leverage outdoor and sport activities as dynamic non-formal learning methods to foster creativity, teamwork, leadership, and effective problem-solving skills among young people
• Utilize both outdoor settings and sport environments as inclusive platforms for cultural exchange, breaking down social barriers, and promoting mutual respect among diverse groups
• Train youtworkers to use outdoor and sport activities to support young people’s physical health, mental resilience, and overall well-being
• Develop the skills of youth workers to design, adapt, and implement their own games and challenges, fostering adaptive learning and innovative teaching methods through immersive outdoor and sport experiences.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE

• 18 + years old;
• a Youth Worker, a Volunteer or collaborate with an organization;
• someone who’d like to bring the results in the local community
• currently living in one of the projects partner countries

➡️ Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.

➡️ Travel costs will be reimbursed few months after the trining course, according to the travel limits (informations in infopack).
