Erasmus+ Training Course “HARMONY WITHIN”

OBJECTIVES

• Through body-movement practices that touch the spheres of body, breath, and thought, we want to provide tools to deal more effectively with the dynamics of our daily lives. 
• The activity will explore different disciplines such as yoga, physical theatre, breathing techniques and somatic practices.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE

• 18 + years old;
• a Youth Worker, a Volunteer or collaborate with an organization;
• someone who’d like to bring the results in the local community
• currently living in one of the projects partner countries

➡️ Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.

➡️ Travel costs will be reimbursed few months after the trining course, according to the travel limits (informations in infopack).
