Erasmus+ Training Course “MEET YOUR TEAM”

➡️ Topic of the project: leadership, team-building, group analysis, problem solving, empathic communication and sustainable learning, intercultural inclusion

OBJECTIVES

• “Meet your Team” aims at providing international youth workers with competences to become group leaders of intercultural groups of young people.

• to teach nonformal techniques to support youth workers to involve young people coming from different cultural backgrounds in local and international activities
• to teach the steps of building a group and group dynamics and facilitation techniques
• to teach youth workers how to recognise the feelings of young people when working with them and how to use this knowledge as a power to create connections amongst young people
• teach how to use body movement to support the understanding and the reach of self-connection of young people
• establish long-termn cooperation opportunities with participants in the project

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE

• 21 – 30 years old;
• a Youth Worker, a Volunteer or collaborate with an organization;
• someone who’d like to bring the results in the local community
• to hold the European Health Card (or similar insurance)
• currently living in one of the projects partner countries

➡️ Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.

➡️ Travel costs will be reimbursed few months after the trining course, according to the travel limits (informations in infopack)
